1. Who we are

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every visit to our online store and every order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour may occur because of screen settings.
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping is free within the EU; for other destinations the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us. If this affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel free of charge.

4. Your order and the contract

The contract is concluded when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount you have paid within 14 days.

5. Payment

You pay when you place your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We ship to the EU and to selected countries worldwide. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days in the EU and 3–10 business days elsewhere, and in any case within 30 days. See our Shipping policy for details.

7. Right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. How this works, who pays return shipping and when you receive your refund is explained in our Refund policy.

8. Guarantee and complaints

Our products conform to the contract and to the specifications in the product description. You are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee under Dutch and EU law. If you have a complaint, please email us with your order number and a description (and photos where helpful). We will respond as soon as possible.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the damage results from intent or gross negligence on our part, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and all contracts with us are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. We will always try to solve a dispute together with you first. If that does not succeed, you may bring the dispute before the competent court in the Netherlands or in your country of residence.
