Where we ship

We ship from the Netherlands to the European Union and to selected countries worldwide. The countries available to you are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Free shipping across Europe on orders over €100 (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway).
Netherlands: €6.95 for orders under €100 — usually delivered within 2–5 business days.
Rest of the European Union: €12.95 for orders under €100 — usually delivered within 2–5 business days.
Rest of Europe (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): €15 for orders under €100 — usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
Rest of the world: €25 — usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery times are shown above and start once your order has been dispatched. In busy periods delivery can occasionally take a little longer. In any case, we deliver within 30 days of your order, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we cannot deliver within that time, we will let you know and you may cancel your order free of charge; we will then refund any payment within 14 days.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered within the European Union include VAT and are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, local taxes and customs handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add to the delivery time.

Damaged or missing parcels

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once you, or someone you name, receive the parcel. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at emmanuel.atelier247@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you right away.
