Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Emmanuel Atelier. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days — no reason needed.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

To cancel, let us know before the period ends by sending a clear statement to emmanuel.atelier247@gmail.com (for example: “I would like to cancel my order #1234”). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not required.

Returning your items

• Please send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have told us you are cancelling.
• Return address: Emmanuel Atelier, Emmerikseweg 7, 7204 SB Zutphen, the Netherlands.
• You pay the direct cost of returning the items.
• Please handle items as you would in a shop: you may try them on, but keep labels attached and return them unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging where possible. You are only liable for any loss in value that results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and fit of the items.

Your refund

• We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one).
• We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation.
• We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have shown proof that you have sent them — whichever comes first.
• We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, please email us with your order number and a photo as soon as possible. You are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee under Dutch and EU consumer law: we will repair or replace the item, or refund you, and we cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items. This does not affect your right to cancel described above.
